The leadership team
The leadership team views itself as one team, with three units. All leaders do some work across the federation. Two different structures are used. At London Fields and Mandeville we use a more traditional structure. At Woodberry Down we use a model based on the notion of distributed leadership. A single governing body is responsible for the schools in the federation.
