Peer observation project

PHASE 1

In the Spring Term 2009 we embarked upon a peer observation project. Teachers were all given a partner in the other school.

We had some clear aims:

  + To capture examples of what we call the ‘P’ words

  + To focus on two subjects – English and maths

  + To develop the ICT skills of our teachers

  + To improve teaching and learning through reflective peer observation

After a series of classroom observations and after school meetings to make the films, the videos are now ready. Have a look! You’ll see all of our ‘P’ words! And you will see teachers hard at work, making sure every child has the best possible start.

PHASE 2
