Expectations

The short video clips here aim to exemplify our expectations around what good teaching looks like. Some videos model proven standard behaviour management strategies and other routines, like walking into assembly, that are used consistently across schools and classes. All staff use the same methods with precision to ensure constancy, thereby removing any ambiguity for the children.
