The curriculum

Ensuring all children make good or better progress in reading, writing and numeracy is one of our core purposes. All staff consistently and energetically use the most effective methods for teaching these basic skills.

 

The federation is committed to developing a unique curriculum that is based on best practice. Where subjects like history and geography are concerned, we are determined that subject rigour is not lost to efforts to implement a ‘creative’ curriculum.

We are absolutely committed to securing high quality cross-curricular links. There are many examples of these spanning humanities, literacy and ICT.
